Catalog PDF Pure Black Fix -- 2

I have a multi-page catalog that was exported from Canva Pro and is ready for press—except every bit of black type is still in rich CMYK. What I need is simple but critical: convert every character of black text to 100 % K while leaving everything else exactly as it is.
The job in detail
• Work only on the black text; all other colours stay untouched.
• Preserve every font exactly as embedded—no substitutions.
• Keep the current page dimensions, bleed settings and spine width so the printer’s template still matches.
• Return a single, press-ready PDF that will pass a standard pre-flight check and print razor-sharp black.
I will send you the existing PDF along with the printer’s specification sheet as soon as we start. If you use Acrobat Preflight, PitStop, InDesign or any similar pro workflow, the task should be quick. Once you’re done, I’ll run the file through the printer’s portal for final confirmation.
