Build Bookmarked Hyperlinked Word Document and PDF

Do not bid for this task if you do not know how to bookmark a word document
All of the source files for this motion record are already labeled and fall between ten and twenty exhibits in total. I will forward a cover-page template, and every document is ready to drop into place.
What I need you to do is compile everything into two separate PDFs titled exactly:
• “2-Motion Record – Volume 1 of 2”
• “2-Motion Record – Volume 2 of 2”
For each volume you will:
– insert the provided cover page;
– create a fully clickable table of contents;
– add bookmarks for every main tab and for every exhibit;
– convert every legal or web reference into an active hyperlink.
Inside the two affidavit files, each time an exhibit is mentioned the text should link directly to that exhibit, and the exhibit should in turn link back to the point of reference in the affidavit so that navigation is seamless.
Please save both volumes as PDF with all bookmarks preserved, then test every internal and external link to confirm it works before delivery.
Final deliverables:
1. Volume 1 PDF, fully linked and bookmarked
2. Volume 2 PDF, fully linked and bookmarked
3. A quick confirmation that all links were tested and passed
Experience with Adobe Acrobat (or equivalent professional tool), advanced bookmarking, and legal-format compilation will be essential to complete this efficiently.
