Booklet-Ready PDF Conversion

I have links for you to convert in to PDF more than 50 text-only pages. All I need is for those links to convert in to pages so It can be printed, folded, and stapled as a clean booklet.
Please keep the existing fonts, sizes, margins, and line spacing exactly as they are; the task is purely layout conversion.
Deliverable: one high-resolution, press-ready PDF with pages arranged in the correct booklet sequence (e.g., 1+last, 2+second-last, etc.), ready for double-sided printing. A quick preview or low-res proof is welcome before final hand-off, but no extra formatting rounds are required.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or any reliable booklet-imposition tool will make this a swift job.
