Batch Rename PDF Fields

I have several fillable PDF forms that need a quick but careful tidy-up. Each form contains more than ten text fields whose internal names must be updated so they match the naming scheme I’m already using elsewhere. I’ve prepared a clear, one-to-one list of the current names and their replacements, so the job is strictly about opening each file, applying those new names, and saving the forms without breaking any of their existing logic or formatting.
You’re free to work in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Foxit, or any other professional PDF editor you’re comfortable with, as long as the resulting files stay fully editable and the field properties (formatting, data binding, tab order, etc.) remain intact.
Deliverables
• Updated PDFs with all text fields renamed as per the list
• A brief note confirming that each form was tested after the rename and is still functioning
