Apple Script for File Organization

I need a bespoke Apple script developed to automate the repetitive task of file management. My specific need centers around taking pdf file names from a csv file, and then copying those files to a specific folder that then can be read by Adobe Acrobat, combined, and preflighted.

The ideal freelancer for this job would have a robust understanding of AppleScript and possess solid experience in writing scripts for automated file management tasks. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Automations would be awesome since I'll have to outsource that next.
