Agency Agreement & Forms Redesign

I have launched a new business-broking firm and need a polished set of client-facing documents before we open our doors. You will work from the PDF samples I supply and deliver two outcomes:

• A fully updated Agency Agreement (editable Word + print-ready PDF). I’ll mark the clauses that must go, note the new ones to add, and give you our fee structure. The finished document has to flow logically, reflect our branding, and be ready for clients to sign.

• Four streamlined application forms, each only one to two pages. They already exist in rough PDF format; your job is to bring them in line with our colours, logo and typography, reorganise headers/sections for clarity, and return both fillable PDF and source files.

Key points to cover
– Delete, add or re-phrase terms and conditions exactly as annotated in my sample.
– Refresh the layout: insert our logo, apply brand colours, adjust fonts, and tidy section hierarchy.
– Supply editable originals (Word for the agreement, InDesign/Illustrator or similar for the forms) plus final PDFs.

I’ll be available for quick turnaround feedback, so expect one or two revision rounds. If you’re comfortable blending light legal editing with clean document design, I’d like to get started this week.
