Adobe pdf automated batch file combiner

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my Adobe PDF batch file combining project. The source of the PDF files that need to be combined will be my computer, and I need the files combined in a specific order based on file names. To be specific, I have a folder with pairs of PDF files that need to be combined, and saved with the name of one of the pre-existing files. Each pair of files that need to be combined share a common name embedded within their file names (see attached screen shot for example). I do not need any security features or password protection for the combined PDF file. The project should involve scripting to enable batch processing for combining multiple files.
