I have a 318-page PDF that needs a structural cleanup pass. Everything is laid out clearly in a written instructions file. You just follow the steps.
The work is purely structural — no text editing, no writing, no research. You will be moving pages, replacing pages, and tidying up the bookmark tree. If you can use Adobe Acrobat Pro and follow written instructions, you can do this job.
What the job involves:
Save a working copy of the file
Remove the existing page 1 and replace it with a new one-page PDF I will send you
Remove the existing pages 317 and 318 and replace them with a new 3-page PDF I will send you
Restructure the bookmark tree so 27 child bookmarks nest under their parent (drag-and-drop work in Acrobat Pro's bookmark panel)
Run Acrobat Pro's "Save as Optimized" or "Reduce File Size" to clean up the underlying file
Test that all bookmarks work after the changes

A new 3-page backsheet PDF to insert
A clear, plain-English instructions document (about 15 pages, written in simple language with tables showing exactly what to do for each step)

Skills you must have:
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, or any Acrobat Pro version. The free Adobe Reader will NOT work for this job. Bookmark editing and page replacement are Pro-only features.
Comfortable using Acrobat Pro's "Organize Pages" tool to delete and insert pages from another PDF
Comfortable using Acrobat Pro's bookmark panel — adding, renaming, dragging bookmarks to nest them under a parent (the indent/tree structure)
Comfortable using Acrobat Pro's "Save as Optimized PDF" or "Reduce File Size" feature
Strong attention to detail — page numbers must be correct after the swap, and bookmarks must point to the right pages
Ability to follow written instructions exactly without changing anything else
Budget: $50 USD, fixed price.
