Acrobat PDF Rating Calculations

The layout of my Adobe Acrobat PDF form is finished; what’s missing is the logic that turns it into a fully-functional assessment tool. Each competency already has a placeholder where I want a drop-down list holding the values 1 – 5 (no additional validation needed—any choice in that range is acceptable). Your task is to:

• Insert those rating drop-downs throughout the form.
• Build the JavaScript calculations that total each competency into its corresponding pillar score.
• Average the pillar scores automatically.
• Calculate and display the Overall Leadership Capability score as the average of all pillars.
• Ensure every calculated field updates instantly when a user changes a rating.

All formulas must remain transparent so I can adjust weightings later if needed, and the file must stay fully compatible with standard Adobe Acrobat (no LiveCycle features). When you return the finished PDF, every interactive and calculated field should work without errors on both Mac and Windows versions of Acrobat Reader.
