Senior .NET Web App Developer

I have a production-level MVC ASP.NET web application that needs new features, performance tuning, and some refactoring of legacy sections. The core codebase is stable but several modules require modernization to align with current .NET best practices and improve maintainability.
Requirements:
- Have C# development experience
- Must be familiar with ADO.NET to write SQL queries and stored procedures
- Must be good in Stylesheet (writing or modifying CSS), app should work on cell phone browsers
- Fully implemented new features accompanied by tests and brief user-facing changelog
- You will work on development computer remotely
