review video library - administrative job, not video editing

I am looking for someone to go through the videos, watch them and capture discussion points no longer than 2 minutes long. So when a person discusses a topic, take the first 2 minutes or less of the discussion.
Then save the time of when the point started and when it ended, along with the name of the video, the video URL to a spreadsheet.
No more than an administrative qualification needed though having a finance or accounting background is appreciated.
