document and file socila media accounts

We are looking for a good stalker ? and someone who can screenshot and record content posted on several social media accounts. The accounts are public and we need to save copies of all the content posted on each account. This includes the image and text attached to it, and videos with the text attached and the date posted. The accounts are on Instagram and Facebook. In case the posts are deleted, we need them backed up on our end and copies made. there is around 200 posts to copy, you need a screen recorder and screen grabber. files need to be saved in a zip files and shared with us once completed.
