Virtual Personal Secretary Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m an active investor looking for a reliable virtual personal secretary who can keep my small portfolio of ventures running smoothly behind the scenes. Your core mission is to streamline day-to-day office operations so I can stay focused on strategy instead of paperwork.
What I need handled on an ongoing basis:
• Email management – filter, flag, draft and file correspondence so nothing urgent slips by.
• Data entry – update spreadsheets, cap tables and simple bookkeeping records with total accuracy.
• Research – pull concise summaries on competitors, markets or prospective deals when requested.
• Document organisation – rename, tag and archive contracts or statements in the correct cloud folders.
• Administrative suggestions – spot inefficiencies in my current workflow and propose practical fixes.
Success looks like a tidy inbox, up-to-date records, and quicker access to every document I ask for. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets and a secure file-sharing tool such as Dropbox or OneDrive will be essential.
I’d like to start with a short trial period and, if we’re a good fit, move into a long-term arrangement with regular weekly hours. Please let me know about your previous experience handling similar executive-level admin work and the software you’re comfortable with.
