Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and close off their work.
Respond to emails, messages, and client inquiries/case in a timely and professional manner.
Update documents, spreadsheets, and reports (using MS Word and Excel).
Follow up with team members or technicians to collect missing documentation or project updates.
Manage, updates to track invoices, payments.
Assist with data entry, file management, and basic project coordination.
Use Google Maps or other tools to support mapping or visual project tracking as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), email platforms, and online tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks.
Reliable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of mapping or location-based tools like Google Maps, paint, excel.
Must know basic knowledge how to download, attached, cut, paste, edit, reply to emails.
