Virtual Assistant for Restaurant Recruitment Support

We’re a growing restaurant and bar group in Pawleys Island, South Carolina looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support our hiring and interview scheduling process.
We’re currently hiring for multiple roles (servers, bartenders, kitchen staff) and need help managing the incoming applications, scheduling interviews, and keeping everything organized.
This is a part-time, ongoing role — perfect for someone experienced in admin or recruiting support who can commit to 5–10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Post and manage job ads (Indeed, Facebook Jobs, etc.)
Review and screen applications based on simple criteria
Communicate with applicants (answer questions, confirm interest)
Schedule interviews on my Google Calendar
Send reminders and reduce no-shows
Maintain a shared spreadsheet or tracker for applicant progress
Follow up post-interview with approved candidates (you won’t do the interviews)

Requirements:
Strong written English and communication skills
Experience with recruiting support or administrative tasks
Familiarity with Google Calendar and spreadsheets
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Must be responsive during U.S. Eastern time zone hours (at least partially)

Nice to Have:
Experience hiring in hospitality or service industries
Knowledge of tools like Homebase or other onboarding systems
Understanding of basic onboarding documentation (W-9, emergency forms, etc.)

Project Scope & Pay:
5–10 hours per week to start
