I’m looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my job search process by helping manage and submit applications using provided information.

Responsibilities:
- Submit job applications based on links and instructions I provide
- Accurately input candidate details (resume, contact info, responses)
- Customize short application responses when needed (templates provided)
- Track submitted applications in a shared spreadsheet
- Flag any issues or incomplete applications

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic written English
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to follow structured instructions
- Experience with data entry or virtual assistance is a plus

Compensation:
- Fixed weekly payment based on volume and accuracy
- Performance-based bonus for qualified interview responses

Important Notes:
- All work must be completed manually (no automation tools)
- Accuracy and completeness are more important than speed
- All communication and payments will be handled through the platform
