Virtual Assistant for Energy Services Firm

Virtual Assistant – Admin, Outreach & Operations (AI Tools + Growth)

We are a soon-to-be registered European company working with energy calculations and energy-related services.
We are looking for a virtual assistant to support administration, outreach execution, and basic operations.

This role is execution-only and instruction-based at the start.
It is not an engineering, strategy, or senior role (in the beginning).

Contract & Growth
Paid trial: 4–6 weeks
-If successful → 2-month short extension contract
-Long-term / full-time possible for strong performers
-Growth over time: higher pay, more responsibility, possible leadership and advanced tasks

Core Tasks (initial focus)
-Organize and rename documents (PDFs, photos, files)
-Extract structured data from forms and PDFs
-Enter data into spreadsheets or internal tools
-Check completeness and flag missing information
-Prepare files for review (formatting only)
-Maintain task tracking and status updates
Additional Tasks (added gradually – execution only)
-Schedule LinkedIn posts using pre-written content
-Send connection requests from provided lists
-Track replies and engagement
-Upload and schedule email campaigns using templates
-Follow up with other freelancers and collect deliverables
-No strategy, no decision-making, no legal or customer authority.

AI Tools
You will gradually be given access to AI tools and are encouraged to use them responsibly, such as:
-ChatGPT
-Claude
-Gemini
-Grok
-DeepL (for language support)
All AI output is reviewed and must follow instructions.

Remote Work
-Fully remote
-Work from anywhere with stable internet
-Flexible hours (availability expected)

Requirements

Must have
-Strong attention to detail
-Comfortable with PDFs, spreadsheets, and web tools
-Able to follow written instructions exactly
-Willing to ask questions instead of guessing
-Reliable internet and computer

Nice to have (not a must)
-Some English (reading/writing)
-Experience using AI tools
-University studies (if opportunities were available)
-Interest in learning business, marketing, or technology over time
