We are hiring multiple individuals as auditors to inspect and evaluate our partner test centers across various U.S. states.
Job Details:
As a Secret Shop auditor, you will conduct a quality and compliance audit by posing as a candidate scheduled for a test. Your responsibilities will include inspecting and photographing the testing center facilities and performing specific misconduct tasks, such as attempting to bring in a cell phone or a piece of paper to assess the proctor’s detection and response. This audit is designed to evaluate the proctor's attentiveness and enforcement of testing protocols. Following the audit, you’ll complete and submit a detailed report with photos and observations.
Audit Duration:
On-site time: Approximately 2 hours per audit, covering check-in, test process, and other observations.
Reporting: 30 - 45 mins minutes for report completion and submission
Payment:
$230 per audit/center (negotiable for covering multiple locations). Payment upon approval of the submitted report
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to take clear facility photographs
- Willingness to perform misconduct tasks (e.g., attempting to bring and use restricted items in the test room) to observe whether the proctor detects them and any actions taken, such as confiscating the items or dismissing you from the test if noticed.
- Experience updating Word Document templates with photos and center details
- Residing in or near the specified center locations (no travel reimbursement provided)
