I need help registering a sole proprietorship (s.p.) and I will not visit Slovenia that often so I need someone who can visit authorities in my name
I want help submitting paperwork to Tax Agency and you to be able to visit a bank branch in Slovenia on my behalf and act as an agent for me if needed.
I may need an address to receive a few formal letters. I want to use your address as a registered address for my S.P. because I do not have a permanent residence address in Slovenia
