Senior Virtual Assistant Needed

Job ID: 40342405

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

I’m refining the way my small business works with remote support and I’d like an experienced Virtual Assistant to jump in for a test phase that could turn into long-term work.

Your first and most important mission is daily inbox cleanup and basic email triage. I receive fewer than 50 messages a day; I want everything sorted, labeled, and the true priorities surfaced before I start my morning. Once the email flow is running smoothly, I’ll fold in secondary duties—keeping my calendar tidy, slotting in meetings, bringing order to Google Docs and Sheets, entering light data, and digging up quick research on vendors, tools, or content pieces when asked.

You’ll fit right in if you have a solid decade (or more) of VA or administrative experience, write crisp English, notice the little things, and already live inside Google Workspace, Notion, and straightforward task managers such as Todoist or Asana. Clear communication and a proactive attitude matter more to me than working during a specific time zone, though consistent, predictable check-ins are essential.

Deliverables I look for during this pilot:
• Daily email report showing what was archived, flagged, or requires my direct response
• A consistently organized inbox and zero lingering unread messages older than 24 hours
• An up-to-date calendar with no double-bookings or missed invitations
• Shared Google Drive folders named logically and documents tagged for quick retrieval

If that sounds like your wheelhouse, please tell me about one process you set up that saved a previous client time, and mention your favorite keyboard shortcut so I know you read the brief.
