You’ll own all calendar entries, coordinate client calls, medical shifts,, and training blocks, confirm each appointment via email or text, and catch conflicts before they hit me. Everything must stay flawlessly synced across my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook, with clear colour coding and timely reminders.
