Seeking a VA for my son
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
$100 salaried per week. (Will be about 5-10 hours of work per week. Which is $10-20 per hour. Some weeks he is out of school or has no work and you will still be paid.)
Responsibilities:
Logging into his online school system and checking his classes daily for assignments, missing work, upcoming work, upcoming test dates.
Texting and emailing him a schedule each day of what he needs to do, what work to complete, and what test to study for as well as recommended amount of time.
Creating and updating a calendar for his work, blocks of studying time, etc. Same info as you would include on the daily schedule.
Contacting his teacher's on my behalf if further instructions are needed or if we need to ask about makeup work, or test dates, etc.
Sending exercises that relate to his current schoolwork so he can build skills
Keeping up with teacher communications, upcoming holidays, upcoming events
Ensuring all of his work is completed. Sending his parents a recap each week of his progress and what needs to be improved.
Light virtual tutoring if he has questions about an assignment.
Must be reliable, self-starting, and organized because this has to be daily Mon-Fri. We will still pay for the weeks he is out of school.
