Schedule Management Assistant Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
My days fill up quickly with meetings, rehearsals, and occasional on-set calls, so I’m looking for a reliable administrative partner who can keep my schedule running smoothly and let me stay focused on the creative side of my work.
What I need you to handle
• Keep a single, up-to-date master calendar (Google Calendar is my current tool).
• Coordinate new bookings, confirm locations or call-in details, and prevent double-booking.
• Send me clear daily and weekly reminders.
• Flag conflicts early and suggest practical solutions.
• Record brief notes from each appointment so I can track follow-ups.
What will help you succeed
• Proven experience managing calendars or executive schedules—please highlight similar roles you’ve handled.
• Quick, friendly communication and a proactive attitude; I value positive energy.
• Familiarity with common scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Outlook, scheduling apps).
• Discretion: some meetings involve film or drama projects that are still under wraps.
How we’ll work together
I’ll share my current calendar, priorities, and any fixed commitments. You’ll propose a streamlined process, then take over daily management. We’ll check in once a week (video or chat) to review the coming days and refine the workflow as needed.
If you have the experience and enjoy bringing order and good vibes to busy people, let’s talk—I’m excited to collaborate!
