Admin Sales Person
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin professional to support our Sales team in managing Commercial Design & Build services for Realtors, Property Managers, and Commercial Clients.
Primary Requirements
Prior experience in administration or sales support (experience in construction or related fields is a plus).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a huge plus).
Comfortable coordinating with the sales team and assisting in client follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with scheduling, documentation, and client communication.
Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy of all sales data.
Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations for client meetings.
Coordinate follow-ups with clients and help streamline the sales process.
Act as a point of contact for internal communication and ensure timely updates.
Compensation: Entry pay starting at $1,200–$1,500 (depending on experience) with potential for growth based on performance.
