I live in Virginia but need a dependable Richmond-based helper to be my eyes at the Virginia Court of Appeals. I will send you a list of 5–10 cases, complete with record numbers and the exact items I want from each file. Your mission is to pull those files at the clerk’s office, make clear copies or scans, and email the PDFs to me.
Right now I’m unsure whether any of the pages must be certified. Once you check with the clerk, let me know the options and costs; I’ll confirm if certification is necessary and cover any extra fees.
Deliverables
• Accurate, legible PDF copies for every requested document, labeled by case name and record number
• Same-day email delivery after your courthouse visit (or by the next morning at the latest)
• A brief note confirming whether certified copies were available or required
