We are looking for an experienced and organised Freelance Intake and Rostering Coordinator to support our growing NDIS services.
About the role
* Manage new participant enquiries and the intake process.
* Match participants with suitable support workers.
* Create and maintain support worker rosters.
* Liaise with participants, families and Support Coordinators.
* Manage roster changes and provide general administrative support.
* Work remotely with flexible hours as required.
What we are looking for
* Experience in NDIS intake, rostering or disability services.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* High attention to detail.
* Experience using rostering or client management systems is an advantage.
This is a freelance contractor position with flexible hours. The successful applicant will play an important role in ensuring participants receive quality, reliable support.
