Remote Assistant: Admin & Social Support
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m looking for a reliable remote assistant who can keep my small team organized while ensuring our customers feel heard and our social feeds stay active.
Your core focus areas
• Administrative tasks – update spreadsheets and docs in Microsoft Office, create simple reports, schedule internal meetings, and keep our shared files tidy.
• Customer support – reply to tickets in Zendesk, follow existing templates, and escalate anything beyond the basics. A friendly tone and same-day responses are essential.
• Social media management – use Hootsuite to schedule 3-4 posts per week, monitor comments, and log basic engagement stats.
What I provide
• On-boarding videos, step-by-step SOPs, and brand voice guidelines.
• Access to Microsoft Office, Zendesk, and Hootsuite accounts.
• A shared calendar outlining weekly priorities.
What I need from you
• Entry-level experience is fine as long as you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new tools.
• Clear written English, stable internet, and the ability to check in daily (Monday–Friday).
• A concise end-of-day summary listing tickets closed, admin tasks completed, and scheduled posts.
This role is perfect if you enjoy variety, can manage your own time, and like wearing several hats. Let me know your availability and a quick example of similar work you’ve handled so I can get you started this week.
