Remote Administrative & Data Entry Virtual Assistant
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m expanding my support team and need several reliable virtual assistants who can handle both routine and ad-hoc data work while also keeping everyday admin running smoothly. Because some assignments may involve errands or on-site document collection, a valid driving licence is essential.
Your day-to-day will mix three core areas:
• Data entry and cleaning – transferring information from paper forms and digital sources into our systems, checking for accuracy, flagging anomalies, and keeping everything neatly structured in Microsoft Excel.
• Front-line customer support – responding to basic enquiries, routing complex issues to the right person, and logging each touchpoint.
• Inbox and calendar control – triaging emails, drafting quick replies, and booking or rescheduling meetings so the schedule stays conflict-free.
To succeed you should already be confident with Excel (filters, lookups, simple pivots), write clear English messages, and be comfortable talking to customers by phone or email. Experience with any CRM is welcome but not required; I’ll provide platform access and short tutorials once we start.
Deliverables I expect from each hired assistant:
– A clean, fully entered dataset for every batch assigned, delivered in the provided Excel template.
– A brief end-of-shift report summarising tickets handled, emails cleared, and appointments made.
– Prompt availability for occasional local pickups or drop-offs that may arise (hence the licence requirement).
Most work is remote; any travel costs will be reimbursed. Hours are flexible and I’m happy to split the workload among several freelancers, so please mention your weekly capacity and the region you can comfortably reach by car.
If you’re detail-oriented, responsive, and have that all-important licence, I’d love to hear how soon you could start.
