Reliable Long-Term Executive Assistant Needed
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
Long Term Executive Assistant
I am seeking a highly organised, proactive, resourceful, and reliable Executive Assistant to provide direct support to me across both personal and business activities.
This is not a traditional Virtual Assistant role focused on a single project or department. The primary objective of this position is to help reduce communication load, administrative burden, operational bottlenecks, and day-to-day friction so that I can focus on business growth.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working across a variety of tasks depending on the needs of the day. No two weeks will necessarily look the same.
Responsibilities may include:
• Executive and administrative support
• Managing follow-ups, reminders, and action items
• Candidate screening and interview coordination
• Meeting preparation and meeting summaries
• Drafting messages, emails, and responses
• Research and information gathering
• Project and task coordination
• Organising documents, information, and workflows
• Processing voice notes into organised action plans
• Assisting with content preparation and line practice
• Liaising with team members when required
• Identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• General personal and operational support
The ideal candidate will be:
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Resourceful and proactive
• Comfortable taking initiative
• Strong at communication and follow-through
• Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable receiving instructions via voice notes
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Professional, reliable, and trustworthy
• Solution-oriented rather than task-oriented
This role requires someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, and helping things move forward efficiently. I value initiative, critical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to identify solutions rather than simply reporting problems.
Hours:
This role will begin on a part time basis at approximately 5–7 hours per week with the potential for growth as responsibilities increase.
To apply, please provide:
• A brief introduction about yourself
• Relevant Executive Assistant experience
• Examples of how you have supported founders, business owners, or executives
• Your strongest professional strengths
• Why you believe you would be a good fit for this role
Long-term opportunities are available for the right person.
