Register Starlink Terminal Ukraine

I already have a Starlink terminal in hand and need it officially registered for personal use inside Ukraine, specifically for a remote-area location. The goal is simple: complete whatever administrative, technical, or account-level steps SpaceX requires so the dish activates on the Ukrainian service map and stays compliant with local regulations.
You would guide or handle:
• Updating my existing Starlink account to the correct service address in Ukraine
• Submitting any ownership-transfer or relocation requests to SpaceX, if required
• Completing local documentation or customs declarations that may still be outstanding
• Verifying once registration is approved that the terminal locks onto the network and provides a stable connection from my site (speed-test proof appreciated)
