Receive test shipment and rate couriers

Hi, we need a reliable person in Greece to receive test shipments from multiple courier companies and give a detailed report of the delivery experience with each carrier. Must have good English language skills, a residential postal address, and be willing to retrieve the occasional parcel from the local post office.
