Real Estate Admin Assistant
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I run a busy real-estate office and need an entry-level administrative assistant who can keep my day on track while making sure every client feels looked after. Your core duties will revolve around three areas: keeping the calendar accurate, moving paperwork from draft to signature without delays, and staying in constant, friendly contact with prospects and tenants. Because a portion of the role involves light telemarketing—outbound follow-ups to warm leads and quick check-ins after showings—confidence on the phone and a clear, pleasant speaking voice are essential.
You’ll spend much of your time inside Microsoft Office, a CRM such as Salesforce, and property-management software, updating notes, generating simple reports, and attaching signed documents. If you have handled call-center dashboards before, that will help you jump right in. I’m happy to train you on local real-estate procedures, but you should already know your way around basic leasing terms and the typical flow of a residential sale so you can speak comfortably with clients who call in.
What I ultimately need from you each day:
• an up-to-date appointment schedule with any changes flagged for me,
• completed or forwarded paperwork filed correctly in the CRM,
• call notes entered before you log off.
If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and ready to grow in the real-estate field, let’s talk.
