Project implementation assistant

This job role involves administrative support the implementation of a project in the in the Federated States of Micronesia.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assisting in engaging with local stakeholders.
Planning and Logistics: Supporting the organization of workshops, meetings, and other activities related to the project.
Meeting Organization: Helping with organizing meetings, taking minutes, and other relevant administrative duties.
Requirements:
No specific educational or experience requirements, making it suitable for a junior professional (or someone looking to gain experience in coordination and administrative tasks.
Preferably with administrative experience and experience of working with NGOs, local communities and governement agencies in the FSM
Familiarity with the social, cultural, and political context of the FSM to effectively engage local communities and stakeholders
Proficiency in using office software for administrative tasks like managing emails, documents, and scheduling.
