Personal Admin & File Organizer

Job ID: 39796243

Budget: £2 – £5 GBP

My workload has outgrown my day, so I’m bringing on a remote assistant who can keep the back office humming while I focus on client work. The core of the role is classic general admin support—answering or triaging email, maintaining a clear task list, and, most importantly, bringing order to a fast-growing collection of digital files.

Here’s what the week typically looks like:

• Sort, label, and archive new documents in Google Drive so everything is searchable within seconds.
• Review the shared inbox twice daily, flag anything that needs my eye, draft quick replies, and file messages once handled.
• Update my running to-do list in Notion; set due dates, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Ad-hoc admin items such as light data entry, template prep, or quick researcch.

I already have folder structures, labels, and naming conventions in place; you’ll refine and enforce them, suggesting improvements when you spot a smarter workflow. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Trello (or similar boards), and basic spreadsheet skills will make your life easier.

When you reach out, focus on the experience that shows you’ve tamed chaotic drives or inboxes before—real examples beat buzzwords. If you thrive on tidy systems and like seeing zero unread emails, we’ll be a great fit.
