Part-Time Recruitment Assistant — 1 Month Project (Ideally Bangalore-Based)

We're a digital media company running multiple YouTube channels. Need a Bangalore-based recruitment assistant to handle two hiring projects over one month.

Project 1: Video Editing Team
Source and hire 4 motion graphics artists/video editors for an investigative documentary YouTube channel.

Your tasks:
Post job listings across Indian platforms (Internshala, Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Screen incoming applications and portfolios against our reference videos
Shortlist top candidates
Manage all communications via email and WhatsApp

Requirements for editors we're looking for: After Effects, Premiere Pro, motion graphics, 1+ year experience, English fluency, Hindi a bonus.

Project 2: Language Tutors for YouTube
Source young, camera-ready language tutors for a YouTube language learning channel. We need tutors who speak English fluently plus one of the following: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Korean, or other languages.

Your tasks:
Reach out to young talent who are well rounded with language expertise.
Post in college WhatsApp/Telegram groups and campus job boards
Find enthusiastic students or recent grads willing to appear on camera teaching their language to English speakers
Screen for English fluency, camera comfort, and teaching ability
Shortlist 3-5 tutors per language

What we need from you:
Based in Bangalore
Familiar with Indian job platforms, local hiring rates, and college networks
Good English communication
Available to start immediately
Can do campus outreach in person if needed
