Personal Assistant to Project Manager (Europe-Based) | Part-Time
We are an Asia-based company specializing in investment and consulting services, working across international markets and diverse industries. As we expand our activities across Europe, we are seeking a reliable, proactive, and well-organized Europe-based Personal Assistant to support our Project Manager.
This is a part-time opportunity ideal for someone who is self-motivated, adaptable, and interested in gaining exposure to international business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to the Project Manager
Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups
Manage communications and handle administrative tasks
Represent the company in meetings and business interactions across Europe
Support market research, relationship building, and opportunity development
Coordinate travel arrangements and attend business meetings when required
Candidate Profile:
Must be based in Europe and available for travel within the region
Able to work independently and manage tasks proactively
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Confident using IT tools and working remotely
Good written and conversational English (additional European languages are a strong advantage)
