Part-Time U.S. Director for IT/SAAS Startup
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
As a part-time U.S. resident director, your primary role will be to manage various tasks on behalf of our European founders for our Delaware-incorporated IT/SAAS startup.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Regulatory Filings: Handling business license paperwork and out of State license applications.
- Administrative Tasks: Overseeing business license paperwork and compliance monitoring.
- Financial Tasks: Facilitating corporate bank account opening and budget oversight.
The ideal candidate would have experience in corporate governance, compliance monitoring and financial management. Familiarity with IT/SAAS industry and understanding of U.S. regulatory landscape will be a significant advantage. Your role will also involve representation with U.S. institutions, making strong communication skills essential.
