Part-Time Buildium Property Manager
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I run a small, fully-residential rental portfolio and need a reliable hand for the day-to-day work inside Buildium. Plan on about 15 hours each week, spread across weekdays, so everything stays current for our tenants.
Here is what you will tackle regularly:
• Answer all tenant messages logged in Buildium the same business day
• Schedule and track move-ins, move-outs, and unit turns, keeping vendors updated
• Prepare and issue lease renewals, then follow up for e-signatures
• Start or stop utilities as residents change over, recording confirmations in the system
You should already be comfortable with Buildium at an intermediate level—importing documents, updating ledgers, assigning work orders, and running the standard reports without hand-holding. Familiarity with residential landlord-tenant basics will make life easier for both of us.
I will supply portal access, current lease files, and a shared calendar. Consistent communication and thorough notes inside Buildium are essential so I can step in at any time and see exactly where things stand.
If you’re confident managing these tasks inside Buildium and can commit to the stated hours, I’d love to hear how you’ll keep this portfolio running smoothly.
