I have a collection of customer records that still live on paper. I need every detail from those sheets carefully typed into Microsoft Word so the information is easy to search, share, and update. The source material is handwritten and printed forms; some entries are perfectly clear, others need a sharp eye to decipher, so accuracy and a bit of patience are essential.
You will receive scanned copies (or photos) of the original pages. Please recreate each record in the same order, using a clean, consistent Word template I will provide. Confidentiality is non-negotiable—these are real customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and purchasing notes—so the files must stay secure and never be reused.
Deliverable:
• One Word document per original sheet (or a single consolidated file if that proves more efficient) containing all customer information transcribed exactly as written.
I will spot-check for 100 % accuracy on names, contact details, and numeric fields. If everything balances, we are done; if not, corrections will be requested. Let me know your estimated turnaround time and any clarifying questions once you see a sample page.
