One-Time Local Guardian Signature

I’ve been asked by my child’s hostel to provide a local guardian’s signature on their standard admittance form. This is strictly a one-off requirement—no ongoing school meetings, emergency standby, or routine check-ins are expected after the document is signed.
The signing must happen in person at the hostel. Because the school prefers the guardian feel like a relative or family friend, I’m looking for someone warm, trustworthy, and willing to be recorded on the hostel’s visitor log with a valid photo ID.
Deliverable
• Your in-person signature on the hostel’s local-guardian declaration, witnessed by hostel staff, plus a quick photo or scan of the completed form for my records.
The visit should take no more than thirty minutes. When you respond, let me know how soon you could get to the hostel and what ID you would bring so I can clear you with the warden in advance.
