One-Month Virtual Scheduling Assistant
Budget: $150 – $200 USD
I’m starting a 30-day trial with a remote assistant who can keep every aspect of my calendar running smoothly. Your sole focus will be scheduling and appointment setting, covering both my personal commitments and my professional tasks.
Day to day, that means:
• Following up on my academic ideas
• sending confirmations, reminders, and polite follow-ups when plans shift
• keeping my calendar updated in real time so I nothing is missed or delayed.
Obligatory requirements:
English proficiency
High level of responsibility and commitment
Being able to follow orders
Submitting an introduction video explaining your skills and why you should be chosen for the task.
The test month starts as soon as we agree on onboarding details. If that helps with my workload and overthinking stress, a long term post can be offered.
