I am looking for a U.S.-based candidate (U.S. citizen or green card holder) who is eligible to apply for a GRE Fee Reduction Voucher through ETS.

As per ETS policy, this program is only available to eligible U.S. candidates, so I need someone who can apply and obtain the voucher.

Requirements:
