I’m ready to move my mid-level nursing career into leadership, so I need a polished, ATS-friendly resume that positions me for both hands-on Nursing roles and Administration/Director/Manager posts within the healthcare sector.
You’ll work from my existing work history, certifications, and achievements to craft a single, streamlined document that:
• Highlights clinical expertise, patient-care outcomes, and staff-coordination experience.
• Showcases managerial strengths—budget oversight, policy development, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.
• Integrates healthcare keywords for modern applicant-tracking systems (Epic, Joint Commission standards, HIPAA, CMS, quality improvement, etc.) without sounding forced.
• Reads clearly to human recruiters while meeting digital screening benchmarks.
Deliverables
1. Final resume in editable Word (.docx) and print-ready PDF.
