I need someone physically in New York to walk into my designated bank branch and clear up an outstanding issue on my account. The problem itself falls outside the usual “card problem / loan inquiry / account discrepancy” categories, so I will brief you privately once we have a simple NDA in place. What I already know is that the branch will require a few forms to be filled out on the spot, signed, and handed to a manager before the matter can be closed, so your comfort with paperwork is essential.

Here is how the job will unfold:
• I email you a notarised letter of authorisation and the exact branch address.
• We set up a quick video or phone call so I can explain the paperwork you’ll be submitting.
• You visit the branch during business hours, speak with the right representative or manager, complete the forms, and stay on-site until they confirm the issue is fully resolved.
• You send me a brief written summary the same day, plus scanned copies or clear photos of every document the bank stamped or returned to you.

I’ll cover any incidental fees the bank may charge and, if needed, courier costs for original documents. The job is complete once I have the confirmation email from the branch and your visit report.
