Midnight Online Booking Assistant (EST) for Class Reservations
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help reserve Pickleball classes at my local facility. These reservations open exactly 14 days in advance at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (New York time), and spots fill up within minutes. Because I prefer not to stay up that late, I need someone to manage the registration process on my behalf.
Responsibilities:
Log into my Pickleball facility’s reservation website using provided credentials
Reserve classes according to a custom schedule I will provide at least 16 days in advance
Book two types of sessions:
Open Play (paid)
Adult Clinics (I receive four free each month; you will use a provided code instead of charging my account)
Reserve classes for five days per week (specific days will vary)
Send confirmation via message or email after each reservation, including screenshots
Requirements:
Must be available at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5) on designated nights
Strong attention to detail
Trustworthy with login credentials
Reliable internet connection
Prior experience with booking fast-filling appointments is a plus
Payment:
Please provide your rate either per booking session or as a monthly flat rate.

No knowledge of Pickleball is required. All instructions and training (such as how to apply clinic credits) will be provided.

Step 2: Weekly Schedule

The exact date, time, and title of each class
Whether the class is Open Play or an Adult Clinic
A priority order if backup options are needed
For Adult Clinics, I receive four free sessions per month. You will be trained on how to apply the promo code or credit instead of charging my account.
Step 3: Timing
Log in and be ready by 11:55 PM EST on the night registration opens
Refresh the class schedule at exactly 12:00 AM EST
Act quickly, as classes fill up fast
Step 4: Registration Process
Navigate the class list or use filters to find the correct session
Click “Register”
If it's an Adult Clinic, apply the promo code or credit
Finalize the registration process and avoid unnecessary charges
Step 5: Confirmation
After registration, check that the class appears under the “My Schedule” or confirmation screen
Take a screenshot of the confirmation
Email or message the screenshot along with a brief note confirming completion
If Something Goes Wrong
Notify me right away if:
A class is full
The website is down or not responding
There is a login or checkout issue
Payment
Compensation will be provided per reservation session or on a monthly basis, depending on our agreement.

You do not need to understand Pickleball; this is a task-oriented job
Accuracy and timeliness are essential
If you live outside the Eastern Time Zone, make sure you adjust your schedule to match 12:00 AM EST
