Mexican Permits Assistant for Nicotine Pouch Importation (1 time project)

We are looking for a Mexican national or local resident currently living in Mexico City to assist us in applying for two official permits required to legally import non-tobacco nicotine pouch samples into Mexico.
This is a one-time freelance task that involves:
Using your Mexican national ID to help us apply online for the following documents:
1. Permiso de Salud
2. Permiso de Probación del Departamento de Control de Alimentos
All product documentation is ready on our side. This is a fully legal process to import small quantities as samples, not for immediate commercial distribution.
Your role will include:
- Helping us submit the online applications for both permits
- Coordinating (as needed) with the relevant local authorities
- Ensuring that your name and ID can be used as the local applicant for the permits
Must be:
1. A Mexican citizen or have valid permanent residency
2. Located in Mexico City
3. Comfortable using your ID to support this legal process
