Medical Assistant Interview Specialist Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am filling several non-technical positions for medical assistants and I need a seasoned interviewer to take candidates through the full screening process. The assistants you will be assessing must be capable of both administrative and clinical duties, so your questions should probe for real-world experience with scheduling, records management, basic patient prep and similar front- and back-office tasks.
Here’s what I expect from you:
• Design or refine a concise interview script that uncovers the critical traits I’m after in a strong medical assistant.
• Run the interviews by phone or video, keeping the atmosphere professional yet welcoming.
• Deliver a short written summary for every applicant, including your hire/no-hire recommendation and key observations that influenced your decision.
I will supply résumés and preferred interview times; you return documented feedback and a ranked shortlist so I can move the right people straight to the final round. If you have healthcare recruiting experience or familiarity with HIPAA-sensitive environments, be sure to highlight it in your bid.
