Manual Printed Data Entry -- 2
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have a stack of printed material that needs to be keyed into an Excel spreadsheet exactly as it appears on the page. This is a straightforward manual data-entry task—no OCR, no copy-and-paste from PDFs—just careful typing and a good eye for detail.
Scope of work
• Enter every field from the printed pages into the matching columns I will provide in an Excel template.
• Maintain the original spelling, punctuation, and line breaks unless a typo is clearly obvious.
• Keep numerical data in number-ready format so formulas will work.
• Double-check each row for accuracy before marking it complete.
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of the records from the printed documents are present in the spreadsheet.
• Error rate below 1 % upon spot-check.
• File delivered as a single .xlsx with no external links or macros.
If you’re meticulous, type quickly, and are comfortable working from printed sources, this should be a smooth project.
