I have a legal-compliance letter that must reach a UK government agency in hard-copy form. I will email you the final PDF; it already contains the exact wording and my company’s contact information, so there is no editing involved. Your part is simply to:
• print the document on clean A4 paper
• place it in a plain business envelope addressed as instructed
• post it via Royal Mail 1st Class (Signed For preferred) on the next working day
• email me a clear photo of the printed letter plus the post-office proof-of-posting receipt
Once I receive both images, the task is complete and I release payment immediately. This is a one-off job, but I occasionally have similar notices, so reliable service could turn into repeat work.
