Licensed Virtual Assistant: Service & Sales
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a remote assistant who can move easily between back-office tasks and direct client contact. Day to day you will service existing insurance policies, quote new ones, and look for upsell or cross-sell opportunities that make sense for our clients. Because you will often be the first voice or inbox reply they encounter, a warm, professional manner on both phone and email is essential.
Your core focus areas will be:
• Administrative support – keeping records current, preparing documents, and updating the CRM in real time.
• Client engagement – answering questions, processing policy changes, and making sure every interaction feels effortless for the client.
• Sales growth – gathering the information needed for new quotes and confidently closing when the fit is right.
You should already be comfortable inside a modern CRM and the Microsoft Office Suite; that’s where you’ll spend most of your screen time. Slack, Zoom, or similar tools are part of our daily rhythm, so a reliable headset and stable internet connection are must-haves.
An active California Property & Casualty license would allow you to hit the ground running, but I’m open to sharp, motivated candidates who plan to obtain it quickly. If you are self-directed, tech-savvy, and genuinely enjoy helping people protect what matters to them, I’d love to hear how you can contribute to the agency’s growth.
